Client Information - Recruitment ProcessYP Personnel subscribe to a precision recruitment code practice, whereby we put forward only the most qualified candidates, all of whom we have interviewed personally. YP Personnel at all times adheres to the highest ethical and professional standards of conduct.
FAQsWhat information do you need from us before you proceed with a search? We will ask you for a detailed job specification, information about the structure of the company, your budget for the role to be searched on, reason for the vacancy becoming available (e.g. whether it is a completely new role, or to replace an existing member of staff), and any very specific requirements. How long does a search take? The length of the search depends on the type of role we are asked to search on; specialist roles may take longer, although we endeavour to send CV’s to you within approximately a week of accepting the role. Please note, before we can send CV’s to you, we MUST gain the permission of all candidates. During busy times such as the holiday season, it can take a little longer to contact candidates. How many CV’s will you send us?We aim to send at least 4 CV’s per search although this can vary according to the role and candidate market at the time. If I like the details of someone you send me, can I call them directly? No, all personal contact details of candidates are removed from the CV’s sent. We do not expect clients to contact candidates directly and would view this as a breach of our Terms & Conditions. Should you wish to interview any candidates, all correspondence should be made via YP Personnel . Any direct contact made between candidates and client will only be authorized once an offer has been made to a candidate. I don’t have room at my office to hold interviews there/I would prefer not to interview at my office as the role is confidential. Can I hold meetings at your offices instead?Yes, we are more than happy to accommodate interviews at our office. We can arrange either individual interviews or a day of block meetings. |
